    • There are 5 different sim cards. Boost operates on multiple networks.
After buying this I learned the hard way that Boost Mobile operates on multiple networks and each one of them require a different sim card. Although your phone is compatible with Boost this sim may not work with it. After 4 hours of tech support over the span of 2 days, I was told to get a specific card. The local store had 5 different ones and charged me 35 bucks for the one I needed. Amazon did refund for theirs though. Also to note Boost mobile will only replace the sim card that you currently have. If you lose your new phone that uses an e-sim and try to activate your old phone that uses a physical sim, they won't help you. I'm pretty sure they do this to make you want to buy a new phone. After getting the right sim they have to do a network swap that only the higher-ups can do and takes well over an hour being transferred to different people and waiting to achieve... What can you do to prevent the same boost mobile caused issue? -Call tech support(not the store) and ask them what kind of sim card you need to buy from the boost mobile store and make sure the give you the first couple of numbers the iccid should start with. ... show more

Bad experience if you're new and don't know how it works, don't buy this, it's better to call and place your order by phone because I bought 2 SIMs and they weren't compatible, so they sent me 2 SIMs. They were compatible, and I had to throw away the ones I bought on Amazon.
