Is basically like a different type of lego set and super fun. There is a lot of gluing the pieces down that don't snap together. This is a very sophisticated DIY book nook. I loved the quality of the material, every single piece is so well crafted. There are so many details, the cat, skulls, titled books - Hobie Wood was one of them - , and the lights added so much charm into the library. Very impressed!

This is a great kit. I am impressed with how clean the items press out, with minimum burrs. I am sure to buy others in the series. For assembly, I suggest the following: A good craft knife, just to trim the books once the stickers are applied. Cotton buds to put a thin spread on the glued items and some painters tape to secure glued items whilst drying. So far, everything clicks into place perfectly. ... show more

The overall kit is pretty amazing for what you're paying. It's a fairly complex and detailed wood-based model where sets of pieces come on larger panels. You will need to take the time to pop them out and put them together. Think of the "dinosaur skeleton" models that were extremely popular in the 1980s.
