First, I must say that I was SO RELIEVED that this mirror arrived in perfect condition! I ordered a heavier mirror with a thicker frame from Walmart which was delivered via Fed Ex, and it arrived shattered, so I was extra nervous about ordering another mirror. This one came via USPS and was obviously handled more carefully. The stand is a nice option, or it can be hung on the wall with included hardware (which is what I have done) or it can even be leaned against the wall if preferred. The reflection is smooth and clear, no warping or distortions and seems to be true-to-size meaning not a "fat mirror" or "skinny mirror." It is very basic, lightweight, and meets my needs just fine. I ordered this mirror in the gold version, and unfortunately there weren’t many reviews for that option. The couple that I read were positive, but no mention of tone. The actual tone of this gold is very orangey. When I first opened the mirror I was concerned I received the wrong one. I held up every piece of brushed gold decor in my home and it didn’t match a single one. It is almost copper in appearance, which is a bummer because I was hoping for a standard brushed gold (yellow undertones). And before you start thinking, “oh, I bet this would be a match for my delta champagne bronze fixtures”… nope. Too orange, sorry folks. The pros are that I purchased this item used (but in like new condition) and that was accurately described. It seems like it will be very easy to hang, and although it is thin it seems very heavy/durable. I saved money on the used version so I’ll take some rub ‘n buff to it to try and soften up the color a bit, but I would have been peeved about the color if I paid full price. ... show more
