The Bona Multi-Surface Mop is an excellent choice for anyone looking to keep their floors clean and well-maintained. Its lightweight design makes it easy to maneuver, and the microfiber pads effectively pick up dirt and grime without scratching surfaces. One of the standout features is the adjustable handle, which allows for comfortable use at various heights. The mop comes with a refillable spray bottle, making it convenient to apply cleaning solution directly onto the floor. This feature is particularly useful for quick clean-ups or maintaining high-traffic areas. The mop is versatile, suitable for hardwood, tile, laminate, and even vinyl, making it a great all-in-one solution for different flooring types. Users appreciate how easy it is to change the cleaning pads, and they wash well, maintaining their effectiveness over time. However, some users have noted that the spray feature could be improved for better distribution. Additionally, while the mop is effective for routine cleaning, tougher stains may require a bit more effort. Overall, the Bona Multi-Surface Mop offers great value for its price, combining ease of use with effective cleaning performance. It’s a solid investment for anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine while ensuring their floors stay in top condition.

I have wanted one of these Mops for months. I love the Bona hard surface cleaner. I've been using the cleaner with a different mop. It works fine but I have to keep wringing it out and rinsing it. This would have made things a lot easier. I watched a couple videos on how to put the new Mop together. Seemed simple enough. So everything goes together fine but the joint between the top handle and middle one would not slide together. I noticed there was a mark around the connection hole. My husband checked it out with a flashlight and the joint is rusted as far as he was able to see. That is what I was seeing too .Then I realized the mop had not come in the same box that was being shown on the video. It came in a brown cardboard box that was plain with no directions and was taped down the length and the ends were taped down all the way around. This dealer had to know that he was sending out a Mop that had already been returned by a different buyer. I think that is a rotten thing to do. Now I have to tape this thing together and send it back. There again, I certainly will not buy anything from him again, I will go to a hardware store to buy. After I wrote this the company called me and listened to what was wrong and agreed with me. They acknowledged it wasn't working correctly. Within 3 days a brand new mop arrived on my doorstep. Wow! That's taking good care of your customer. It was easy to put together and I like it very much. If there is a spill I just grab it and it's taken care of in no time. I like this brand.

this is a repeat order. I've been using the Bona floor cleaner kit for about 10 + years now and I'm going to continue using it for many reasons. It's a reasonably priced item, easy to work and store. My floors look good after they are vacuumed and cleaned thanks to the Bona. It makes life easier. I use the Bona cleaner and it doesnt leave a film or streaks. The pads are sturdy and washable. After using the mop for 7-10 days I throw the used pads in the washing machine and dryer with some detergent and they are good to go. My only complaint is on 2 of the mops that I bought over the years it seems like the nozzle where the water sprays out doesn't shoot out in a straight line. Instead it shoots out sideways. I tried cleaning the nozzle with hot water and a paper clip but that didn't help. But for the record, it's a good product. What would make it even better would be if Bono sent me some free pads.

I purchased the Bona Multi-Surface Floor Premium Spray Mop in October 2024. After several months of regular use on stone, tile, laminate, and vinyl, I can confidently say it's a reliable addition to my cleaning tools. Ease of Use: Assembly is simple, and the telescoping handle adjusts for comfort. The flexible rubber corners help protect furniture and baseboards while cleaning. Efficiency: The extra-large mop head enables faster cleaning by covering a larger surface area, and the microfiber pad effectively picks up dust and grime—leaving floors clean and streak-free. Reusable Pads: The microfiber pad is machine washable and reusable up to 500 times, providing both eco-friendliness and added value. Floor Cleaner Performance: The included floor cleaner concentrate works effectively on various surfaces, requires no rinsing, and leaves no sticky residue or strong odor. Customer Support: When I encountered a minor issue, Bona's customer support promptly resolved it with a replacement—something I truly appreciated. Potential Drawbacks: I've seen some comments about durability of the mop head and the occasional inconsistency with the spray mechanism. I haven't experienced either, but gentle handling is likely the best approach. Overall, if you're looking for a versatile and practical spray mop for multi-surface floors, this is a great choice.

Bona Multi-Surface Floor Premium Spray Mop - Includes Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner Concentrate....NOT what I expected!! I was initially (and still am frankly), upon receiving my Bona Mult-Surface Floor Premium Spray Mop. Especially from a company that is "known" for its floor cleaning products, whether they be cleaners or the mops themselves. The mop I received (this was my first), was VERY flimsy and extremely lightweight; but plasticity lightweight. A very young child's small toy would be "tougher" than this mop. This mop is very fragile and frail and looks like it might just "barely" hold up to a couple of floor cleanings. Even the Swiffer Mop has a substantial weight to it compared to this! Not good in my opinion. And when it said it came with the floor cleaner concentrate, I expected at least a small bottle (16 oz perhaps?) to start me off, as I did pay more for this ahem "bundle." No, it came with one smaller pod of concentrate of about (6) ounces in which the ENTIRE contents go in that cheap plastic receptacle of a mop. As for the handle, it was a reasonable length and slightly weighter, but plastic. Overall, yes, it does have a function. I won't deny this. I'm just disappointed and really quite surprised at Bona's lack of quality when it came to producing a mop that'll be performing tasks such as this. For THIS REASON, I think in my humble, but very experienced opinion, Bona clearly lacks here. There floor products overall are still very good quality. So far. Value for my money regarding THIS product: Not good, to me!
