This is a good product but you have to pay especial atention y the lubrication of the lock, becouse after a few imersions in salt water the lock do not respond to the key any more and I have to cut it

We have one of these already, and it works great. However this one is to narrow to accept our 2003 Chevy Avalanche key. Is there another model that is like the one we have now that we can exchange this one with? Or is there a way to open the hole to accept the bigger key? Thanks for your help, Jim

This is a very good product, however Amazon sent one with a different part number. They had a sticker on the lock stating it would work on my truck. It would not! This was the second one they sent as the first one for this order had a different number and wouldn't work either. I had to purchase this lock from WalMart to get the correct one. I’ve been through numerous locks and this is FINALLY the one that’s worked. I’ve had to cut off locks in the past, carry multiple keys for everything, but now this lock works like gold AND it conveniently uses my truck key. Would buy again 10x.
