My wife and I have been ordering this coffee repeatedly, with it being nice and strong for the types of drinks that we like to make, but the last 2 orders being incredibly weak. Even with using 3 capsules, the strength of coffee just doesn't compare to the previous orders that we've received. When reaching out to customer service for the 2nd to last order, they'd said that it was probably a bad batch and that the issue would be resolved for future orders. We order again a month later, but the same weak coffee from the same bad batch. This was soon after descaling the machine (Breville Creatista Pro), and we'd even bought cleaning pods and tested Starbucks espresso pods to make sure that it wasn't a machine issue, but the Starbucks pods were significantly stronger. We'd thought that this was a great alternative to Nespresso pods, especially for the price, but it's not worth the time and effort to go through the refund process each time we get a bad batch. Sadly, we won't be ordering these any more and will be on the search for another alternative.
