Good paper and made great copies. The only problem with this order was that the tracking number was a FedEx number and that number told me it had been delivered Friday (May 16); however, the picture that was sent was not anything that I had ordered, nor was the picture of my house. The case of paper came today from UPS and was on the front porch. Tracking numbers need to be correct so customers can know when their order is coming. I would have given it a 5 star if the tracking number was right and I had not spent several hours trying to find out from FedEx and/or Amazon had left my package when I was told it had been delivered. ... show more

I ordered 4 boxes, 3 came in perfect condition and a single damaged box nicely held together by tape. Luckily I ended up with only one minorly damaged single ream. All the boxes came from a warehouse located less than an 8 hour drive from my area. If you live FARTHER from a warehouse of origin, and the boxes exchange travel through various hands then be prepared for some serious damage to the paper.
