I’m not a big fan in general of gel vs cream (I’ve used both types of Arnica products) but the gel seems to absorb faster into the skin for me. I can tell a difference when I use it for CPAP strap impacted areas on my face. I am VERY active outdoors from sports to landscaping ..somehow I manage to get the craziest bruises. Literally as soon as I see or feel a bruise I put a touch of arnica on it & it’s gone so quickly. I highly recommend having some on hand.
