This product has a circular tube around its outer edge that fills with water. There are about 20 holes punched in the tube, and when the tube fills, the water pressure shoots water through the holes. But only a few of the holes are pointed inside the toy where they belong! Most of the holes are positioned around the outer edge of the toy, and they shoot water out into the yard! Bummer. Whoever punched the holes didn’t pay attention? The tube got misaligned during hole punching? It's a measurement issue. The functional holes are a full inch closer toward the correct direction. The others, which are the majority, just water the lawn. It’s too bad. Otherwise the design was nice and neat.
