If you’re looking for something to just start out with these are perfect. They’re the most comfortable and lightweight plugs I’ve found yet. I have a serious allergic reaction to metals. So turning to using something like acrylic/silicon was a bit of a jump for me but something I haven’t regretted since. The silicone are great for longer term since they’re so hard to lose. The only flaw for me was that they didn’t ship me the ones I asked for, I got plain black and was expecting something a bit more girly. I don’t hate it tho, so that’s why I said 4 instead of 5. They were effective. Probably would prefer half size stretchers for the bigger sizes as every 2 guage increase is approximately half again as the previous ie 6 guage is twice the diameter of a 10 guage and the step up to 2 guage from 4 guage is pretty dramatic. Would not recommend if you have sensitive skin as the plastic dries out quicker than metal so more frequent application of included oil is recommended to keep lubricated so that skin does not have as big a tendency to stick. ... show more

If you want to begin stretching your ears this is definitely the way to go. They're light in your ears and comes with an oil to help the dryness that follows tapering. Also, just a helpful tip to beginners: do NOT keep tapers in your ears. They are solely for stretching, line up the plug with the flat end of the taper and push it through. ... show more

All the gauges match to help make stretching easy. Plenty of sizes to help you get going slowly. Take your time so you don’t get any blowouts. The oil will solidify if it is near freezing or freezing temps. Fyi. Give it some time or hold it in your hand to help it melt.

Loved these! remember if you are just now starting your ear stretching journey or stretching any piercings you have especially for ears when you get to bigger sizes DO NOT use the tapers, they’re horrible for your ears and can cause micro tears in your lobes with stretching do NOT FORCEFULLY STRETCH you will end up with a blowout and possibly rip your ears I recommend using the silicone tunnels and the plugs with the tunnels fold them and SLOWLY release them if they don’t unfold all the way they might not be ready ... show more
