Been having an issue for the last month going from 12mm to 14mm. Wasn't sure why, as going from 10mm to 12mm was a walk in the park, slight discomfort but overall not hard by any means. However going from 12mm to a "14" mm I've now had 2 blowouts. Now you could say that maybe I was going a bit too fast, however upon measuring my kit I found a few discrepancies. The "14"mm measures out to 15mm, that's a big jump. The "18"mm are only 17mm, and the "22" mm are only 21mm. I gave it 3 stars simply because if I hadn't measured them I would have been hitting my head against a wall trying to figure out what I was doing wrong only to either eventually make the large 3mm jump or give up. As long as you MEASURE your kit, it's great! But I hope if anyone else has this issue they figured it out like me and had to buy tapers between some of these which kinda adds to the cost of the whole stretching kit.

The 25mm was actually 23mm. I'm not gunna measure every single taper, but I think they all probably run small. Careful if you are switching to something 25mm after these cause it'll be another jump.

I honestly would have given this 5 stars, and I'll start with why. They're very comfortable and easy to use, my spouse and I are at different guages so both using this set and at both like it, neither of us have had any skin reactions or any negative experiences with the product itself. The metal tunnels and plastic tapers are well made. Now for why I only have 3 starts: The 18mm set was missing the tunnels and instead included a archive set of 20mm set... Imagine sleeping on those tapers ๐ I contacted customer support and they have been wildly slow to respond at every step of the way despite the fact that I included all the necessary details including my order number and that I just wanted them to send the 18mm tunnels. We've gone back and forth a few times but it's been weeks and the last communicating I got from them was asking if I would be ok with them sending the missing tunnels, which I had already asked for in the initial contact, and I haven't heard back from them since my last response stating that I did indeed want the 18mm tunnels and provided my shipping address, not have I received anything in the mail. My spouse has since beg able to guage up to 20mm so for the time is irrelevant, but when I get to that guage, idk if I'll have the tunnels yet or not at this rate. This was ultimately just a minor packaging error, which happens, I get it. If they would have been quick and fixed it, I'd have given 5 stars but I'm still waiting... At this point even if they do fix it, I'll still only give them one more star because the amount of time it has taken to even communicate is frankly unacceptable ๐คท๐ปโ๏ธ Long story short, if you get your package as you should, they're great, completely worth it. If you have a similar problem to mine, just be prepared to wait a long time and possibly not get your replacement.
