Not sure how well this is blocking blue light and emitting red light, but it is a great screen protector. So easy to install and leaves a perfectly clear screen — like there is nothing on it. The one thing I do notice is when wearing polarized sunglasses the image isn’t as clear, but not a big deal. I wish they had an option for my husband’s Android. Easy to install and I do feel like it has helped my eyes and headaches compared to other screen protectors. Have not seen any scratches and I’ve had it for almost a year. A bit pricy but great quality. Fit as expected. I want one for my computer now

Very disappointing durability for a $40 screen protector I purchased this screen protector specifically for its red-light filtering feature and paid nearly $40 for it. At that price point, I expected a premium product with reasonable durability. Unfortunately, only a few days after purchasing and installing it, my phone had a normal accidental drop. The protector developed a long crack across the screen and significant chipping along the top edge, as shown in my photos. I completely understand that a screen protector is designed to absorb impact and that no protector is unbreakable. However, for a product at this price point, I was extremely disappointed that it sustained this much damage after such a short period of use. I contacted the company to ask whether they offered any type of warranty or replacement for situations like this, but I never received a response. That was probably the most disappointing part of the experience. For nearly $40, I would expect either better durability or responsive customer service when a customer has an issue. I liked the red-light concept, but unfortunately, based on the durability and lack of customer support, I cannot recommend this product at this price. ... show more

Easy to apply glass with frame and squeegee provided. Glass is normal thickness and shouldn't crack if you use a phone case to protect it. Red glass is not visible once phone is on. If the screen is off and black with sun reflecting on it you can see a red hue. So far so good! No complaints.

    • Good protector! Finnicky applicator

While I can’t rate the product on effectiveness given the new and fairly unregulated nature of red light therapy devices and their effects, I will rate it on design and application. I’ve just applied the protector so it is not drop tested yet, but it does appear to be akin to other good quality glass protectors. The red light conversion ever so slightly affects color (white seems just less so, but nowhere near iPhone “night shift” mode). The kit seemed to be well thought through as well. However, it loses a star for application design and quality control. I bought this one and another for my spouse. My spouse’s applicator was messed up and I had to intervene and do a manual peel and application, which is riskier from a kit like this than typical ones designed for a manual application. The pull sheet simply did not pull away the cover sheet, and the phone was left with tons of fibers I had to re-clean off and then manually pull of the protector to apply myself. After this, application was very successful however. But for my protector, the applicator *did work. However, there were more bubbles this time that I tried and failed to get *completely out. (Context - I have worked for a cell phone but where I professionally applied protectors and have perfected the action. The applicator in this case hindered me more than helped, however it would be very very good for those who aren’t confident in their ability to manually apply.) As for quality control, my cleaning kit did not include the cleansing wipe it was supposed to. The cleaning kit had a tear and the main box’s tape was not secure, so perhaps this was an open box repurposed situation, but this was definitely a quality control oversight. Thankfully I had my own backup as I’d already thrown away the one from my wife’s kit. All in all, a seemingly good protector with a well-intended applicator that is good for the average customer, but hinders the well-practiced. Time will tell if it’s as sturdy as competitors, as it should be for price. One bonus is that they do have a replacement program so you can register the protector and replace at a fraction of the cost in the case of it not holding up, so I would definitely recommend this product overall! ... show more

I’ll be getting this for every phone I have. I’m a welder and I haven’t gotten any burns or cracks with this cover. And it allows me to keep my blue light exposure even lower when I risk it at work too. It’s adhered just fine no lifting and fit my screen perfectly.

Decent product when it comes to red light conversion and privacy. Eyes feel much better looking at screen. Gave it a 3 as I have only had it 2.5 weeks and the screen has cracked/shattered. And once you register the product, they still charge you for a replacement no matter the time frame of damage. Grant it, it is heavily discounted, but there should be a 30 or 45 day warranty with full replacement. ... show more
