I've been a fan of Body Armor for a couple of years now, but had never tried the Blue Raspberry flavor. I wish I had tried it sooner! It tastes almost like a blueberry slushie. It has a little twang to it, a little bit of kick, which I love. I would much rather have that experience than the burning,
carbonation type kick that a soda would have. I don't know what it is about these drinks, but when I drink them while working, I get just a tiny boost of energy. They feel really clean. Like you aren't dumping a bunch of chemicals into your body. Also pay attention to the size. These are 12oz. They are not the ones you pick up at the gas station.

Needed a quick bump in my potassium level

My potassium levels were running low this summer. Even with the prescribed pills and the change in my diet, there were still times when I felt my heart fluttering and I felt kind of dizzy. BODYARMOR is a great product. I actually bought this by mistake, as I prefer the LYTE with less sugar and calories. The grandkids do not care about ingesting excess sugar and calories, so they do not mind me lessen the count I have of this onhand.
