The curls will come out when you wash it. Then the hair will remain straight. This wig is small- head friendly. It secures on my head, perfectly. There isn’t too much fabric on the band. The band isn’t too small. The hair is soft. I typically use flexi rods to curl the hair. I’ve also used the satin heatless curler. Both curl this wig wonderfully with a little foam styler. Update review. Spoke with seller and great customer service to make things right with the wig. It’s very thin so I don’t know where the 150 density is coming from. It doesn’t seem to be 18inches either. I guess you get what you pay for. the description is misleading.

This wig fits my style perfectly. I get a lottt of attention wearing it. It’s a head turner for sure. This wig is so easily managed. You don’t need to wash often or do anything to maintain the curls besides brushing it before and after putting it on and taking it off. Make sure to put it back into the satin bag to protect it when you are wearing it. Don’t add any product into it except a pea size of leave in conditioner and light spritz of water if and only if it has become tangled from wind or whatever the case. It should brush out with ease. Other than that, just style your natural edges then put it on and go. My natural type 4 hair is currently waist length. I wear wigs to protect my hair while it’s in it’s growing state and to give it a break from braids/twist and over manipulation. Headband wigs are the best. Instant baddie. 😋 ... show more

The hair is soft and didn’t have a smell. The hair is thin, I read some of the comments and they said 150 density but I wasn’t aware of how thin that was until I actually got the wig. It’s equivalent to a closure and 1 bundle. For the price that’s totally fine but the picture is misleading! You will not have that much hair even if it’s curly ... show more
