My old one that I had for around 10 years broke so I just purchased this one. Not as nice as my old one which had a platinum stem and the diamond was flush mounted, versus this one where the diamond is held in a pronged setting which is easily pulled (e.g. by a towel) and snagged (e.g. check your nose after blowing as tissue may get stuck in the prongs). Having said that, this one is very nice, good quality and a great price. FYI, the 20 gauge fits me much better than the same product I previously purchased in 15 gauge, so consider the size before you order. ... show more

I love the look of the stone and the white gold, however, the stem is VERY long and hangs out of my nose most of the time. I used this jewelry for my initial piercing, so I will be another nostril screw whenever it heals. Also, just an FYI that the stone does not lay flush on your nose and can get caught if not careful. ... show more
