If used as a body cam and you were just walking around, they would work well. If you had to run or in my case use them to hold the camera on while riding at high speed in the wind, I wasn't sure the camera would stay on. The camera cost too much to chance the what if.

    • It's a little big for my small body cam

It works great. The clip for my small SWZA body cam fit right in it. Kinda made the cam stick out. I wore it today wearing a thin western shirt and it didn't budge. I had to slide under a barb wire fence just off the ground and it held the camera tight so I didn't get it dirty. Seems kinda pricey, but the magnets are very strong, good quality. The cheap plastic Camera clip will give out long before this ever does. I believe it would easily hold a bigger heavier Body cam with no problem whatsoever. Doesn't stick that great to my body armor, but it's the splay coating and material used in the body armor plates causing that. I believe the inner would hold on through just the nylon pouches the plates are in no problem. If they come out with a smaller version for the same type clip so my body cam isn't so obvious, I'd buy it, even at the same price. Nice to get something of quality that does just what it says it does. They shipped fast as well. I don't often go beyond just marking 5 stars and giving a review but these folks deserved it. ... show more

This works better on clothing that doesn't stretch as much but the weight of it will make it droop. Worse when a camera is added. There is a way to have this perfectly on your T-shirt with zero droop but I'm not going to disclose that. I came up with this idea many years ago and no one wanted to invest manufacture or market this type of product. I have a better idea that will hold it firm with no sag and it won't flop around. This is made pretty well its strong enough magnets and flexible rubber. It's only for clip on cameras. For what it is it's a solid purchase but it's a bit pricey.
