The reason I give it 4 stars is that for less money you can get a better brand that will provide thicker rope, a bigger float and about a 1/4" thicker quick connect. The clips are perfect. I bought this rope because the clips on all of the other ropes were too small. The rope is too long and impacts the performance of towable negatively.

I think that this compares to anything I'd find at the sporting goods stores and at a better price. It works just fine and doesn't what it is supposed to. The wrap straps are an added bonus.
