The 12x16 frames I received were packaged well and decent quality for the price. This frame was ordered because the matte is advertised as 9x12 inside - a rare size. The mattes in the frames were actually 8 x 10 - too small. Returned the first shipment and requested they send the frames with 9x12 matte. Instead, I was sent the exact same frames. Fortunately I have a matte cutter that I can use to properly size it (mattes with these frames are cheap and flimsy anyway) but was hoping I would get the correct matte size to save from the added work. Even though it was wrapped well with bubble wrap packaging and additional plastic, the quality of the item itself is low enough that the framing was scratched and the plastic for the "glass"/screen was cracked.

Poor Quality front film is supperr scratched theres scratch marks eveywhere it makes ur pictures look cheap n unclear evn the frame is poorly made looks like it will fall apart fast

This is definitely a temporary fix, these look and feel cheap, probably because they are pretty inexpensive, looking to eventually replace with a better quality product.
