Not sure if powder coat or paint because it started to scratch up pretty easy. But the fit was exact although it’s hard to get the nuts on for the 2 center points because a wrench or drill is blocked. Will tighten when something with more clearance is found. Whether or not it does anything or is placebo is secondary compared to the crappy suspension brackets GM had stock on the car. This is heavier, tighter, and the build feels sturdier.     • DOES NOT FIT ZL1 CAMARO
This product is very well made. Awesome stuff! I really wish I could have used it. I have a 2017 Convertible Camaro ZL1. I entered my VIN and it said it was a fit, but it was incorrect. The ZL1 has extra supports under the car that prevent the use of this product.
