Part of the 550 Series. 2.5mm thick leather upper breathes to keep your feet comfortable. Full-length Cambrelle comfort footbed wicks away moisture. Glove soft leather lining. EVA/Poron removable footbed. Sturdy front and back pull-on tabs. Elastic gore stretch fabric for easy on/off. Twin- needle reinforced stitching with a high tensile strength thread. Heat-formed heel for a better fit. Shock Protection System (SPS) Xtra disperses shock at the heel strike and reduces skeletal stress on the feet, knees, and vertebrae. Injection molded soles for seamless fusion to the upper. Dual-density thermopolyurethane outsoles are weatherproof, lightweight, durable, and provide superior traction.

I ordered my Blundies as my typical US size in women's (*ALTHOUGH NOTE, the half sizes in Blundstone are only for extra width, not length - so actually my true to size is a 7.5 and they ran pretty tight, so I sized up to 8.5 (an 8 with extra width) and they fit great), and I also ordered within the US through US Amazon.com and they came as the correct US size. The box might say AUS / UK size (5.5), but they are correct for what I needed. Also was unsure about quality or if the color would be correct, and it all looks perfect! I was on tour with someone who used these as her hiking boots. They looked comfortable and sturdy. She recommended them for their water resistance I have a similar pair, but decided to buy the dark green. They fit great and look great. These might be the most comfortable boots I own right now. Very little break-in involved. Still some heel slippage, but it's not too bad at all. I've considered sizing down by a half-size, but I think that overall they are true to size. Easy to put on and take off, too!

One star deduction reflects the fulfillment of the order, not the quality of the boot. I understand the differences in AU/UK/US sizes. Twice I ordered the correct size and both times I received boots 3 to 3.5 sizes smaller. Aka I ordered a 7 but I got a 4 in the wrong color; returned them and got a 4.5 (with someone else's receipt from April 2022) instead of my size 7 order. Great quality boots otherwise. ... show more

    • Hard to get on/off!

I'm undecided on these. Right out of the box, they looked too small and I assumed I'd have to return them. That said, they fit great *once I can get them on*. The opening is really tight and the elastic doesn't stretch as much as I'd expect. Perhaps it's because I have a high instep, but my foot is really flexible and I still really struggled to get it in the opening and push my heel down. When I take them off, the insole comes out along with my foot. Not sure I am up for the fight put them on every time, when the whole reason I wanted these is to have an easy on/off boot with no laces. These were meant to replace my Sorel Joan of Arctic Chealsea wedges because I wanted something flat instead. A lot of Chealsea boots have sick soles, and I live in a snowy place. ... show more
