  • Massive, magical dollhouse that's a dream for kids—just be ready for some setup work!
USE CASE AND SIZE I picked up this Bluey Light and Surprise Heeler House for the kids to use during playtime. If you are like me, you like to unpack the toy, set it up, apply the stickers, and insert the batteries before presenting it to the children so everything is ready to go. Measuring 28 inches tall with a 5-story layout and over 10 play areas, it is truly massive—as you can tell when standing it up next to my Owala water bottle! PRODUCT PERFORMANCE AND CONVENIENCE The house itself is an absolute showstopper and easily keeps my kids (ages 6, 3, and 1) entertained and playing nicely together. Because of its generous size and all the different rooms, there is plenty of space for multiple kids to play at once, especially when paired with other sets like the fire truck and police cruiser. The set comes with over 30 pieces, including 3 surprise accessories and figures of Bluey, Bingo, Bandit, and Chilli. The children were completely enchanted by it. One feature that really stands out as a nice touch is the rotating projector—it is completely sweet and adorable, adding an extra layer of magic to the rooms. However, the adult setup process has a few frustrating quirks. First, for a $159.99 price tag, it really should come with batteries included. Second, applying the two sticker sheets is a bit of a guessing game; outside of a few obvious placements like the chair cushions, the manual doesn't give clear directions, so you basically have to recount episodes of the show to figure out where things belong. Finally, while it makes sense that only the immediate Heeler family is included, given the massive amount of empty space in the house, it would have been wonderful if they had included just one neighboring family member (like Lucky, Judo, or Doreen) to fill out the rooms. KEY TAKEAWAYS (+) Massive Scale & Space: 5 stories and 10+ play areas offer tons of room for multiple kids to play without crowding. (+) Immersive Play: Comes with 30+ pieces, interactive lights/sounds, and all four core Heeler family members. (+) Charming Details: The rotating projector is a particularly nice touch that feels especially sweet and adorable. (-) Missing Batteries: Disappointing that a toy at this price point doesn't include the required batteries out of the box. (-) Vague Sticker Placement: The sticker sheets require detective work and episode-recounting to place correctly around the house. (-) Character Selection: Plenty of empty rooms to fill, making you wish an extra neighbor figure was bundled in. Why a 5 out of 5 stars? If I could rate it a 4.5 stars I would, so I am gladly rounding up to a full 5 stars. The sheer scale, adorable features like the rotating projector, and the absolute joy it brings to the kids outweigh the setup hiccups. Is the price justified at $159.99? It is a steep investment. At roughly $160, you are paying heavily for the brand name and the massive electronic dollhouse footprint. While it delivers big on fun and play value, the fact that you have to supply your own batteries and puzzle over sticker placement makes the price tag sting just a little bit more. FINAL THOUGHTS If your household is obsessed with Bluey, this 28-inch Heeler House is the ultimate centerpiece toy that will provide endless hours of imaginative play. Just make sure to carve out some quiet time before gift-giving to tackle the sticker placement and stock up on batteries! ... show more

  • Extremely well made and insanely cute!
This Bluey house is super cool! I am already a huge Bluey fan, so I am always happy when the little ones want to play with something Bluey related, and this set has been a lot of fun. First off, this thing is absolutely massive. It is much bigger than I expected, and there are a ton of different rooms and little play areas to mess with. It comes with a bunch of accessories too, so it does not feel empty once everything is set up. The chimney is a really fun idea. It lights up and projects little stars onto the roof and walls, which is adorable, but I will say the projection is just okay. It works, and the kids still think it is cool, but it is not some super bright or crisp projector. The sounds and songs are a much bigger hit though, and there are quite a few of them built in. There are also a lot of little details from the show scattered throughout the house, and I love that they included things like the duck cake. Stuff like that makes it feel like the people designing it actually paid attention instead of just making a generic dollhouse and sticking Bluey on the front. The build quality is probably what surprised me most. At around $160, my first reaction was that it seemed wildly overpriced for a toy house. After actually seeing how big, sturdy, and well made it is though, I changed my mind quite a bit. The plastic feels thick, the floors and walls feel solid, and it seems tough enough to handle plenty of rough play without feeling like it is going to fall apart. Overall, I think it is expensive, but for a huge Bluey fan I can actually see the value now. It is massive, packed with little details, has lots of sounds and interactive features, and most importantly it feels durable enough that it should last for a long time. ... show more

  • Enormous Bluey Heeler House Leaves Both Kids Completely In Awe
I got this massive toy house mostly for my 3 year old son, but also for my 11 year old daughter. She just started middle school, but she still loves Bluey, and finding something that bridges their age gap so they can play together without arguing is always great. I am not the biggest Bluey fan myself, but man do my kids love this. It kind of put them in awe just seeing the sheer size of the box and opening everything up together. Even though I am not a big fan of the show, I cannot help but admit that this playset is amazing. The overall construction is great, and you can tell right away that it is well made. It just oozes high quality from the plastic molding to the painted details, easily handling the rough and energetic way my toddler plays. The theme is completely on point with the show, capturing all the distinct rooms with great variety and style. It comes packed with tons of little accessories and furniture pieces that give them plenty to do across every level. Both of my kids are just blown away by it, and they have spent hours moving the characters around and setting up different scenes together on the living room floor. Seeing a toy hold the attention of both a middle schooler and a toddler makes this an impressive addition to our playroom. It is an outstanding choice for any family with young Bluey fans who want a centerpiece playset that will actually get used. Just as a heads up, standing at twenty eight inches tall, it takes up a serious amount of floor space, so you will definitely want a dedicated corner cleared out for it before unboxing. It keeps both of my kids happily engaged, and the incredible build quality makes it well worth the living room real estate. ... show more

  • A Tower of Play That Even Grown‑Ups Can’t Ignore
When my daughter asked for a place big enough to host the whole Heeler clan, I grabbed this 28‑inch Bluey house and set it on the playroom floor. The five‑story tower instantly turned the room into a mini‑city, and the fact that it snaps together with just three base pieces meant we were ready to go in minutes. The plastic feels heavier than the cheap knock‑offs you see on the shelf, so the structure stays upright even when the kids climb up the stairs. Inside there are more than ten distinct rooms – an office, a laundry, a verandah – and three hidden accessories that pop out when you press the right button. The lights in the chimney actually flicker and cast tiny stars, the TV flips channels with a click, and the sound module cranks out over fifty phrases and songs that trigger with a single press. My daughter hit the light and sound buttons the most, and the reactions were instant and loud enough to keep her attention. The included Bluey, Bingo, Bandit and Chilli figures slot into the rooms without wobbling, and the different Heeler poses add a fresh look even though we already own a set. Battery compartment isn't hard to swap in and after a week of daily play the cells still had plenty of juice. Overall the house lives up to the hype of being Bluey’s biggest playset. Minimal assembly, solid construction, and a sound board that actually works make it a solid buy for any family that likes to let imagination run wild. I’d hand it to a neighbor looking for a durable, packed‑with‑extras toy without any of the usual cheap‑plastic shortcuts. ... show more

  • Its HUGE and so detailed!
This is much more substantial than a small Bluey playset. At approximately 28 inches tall with five stories, more than 10 play areas, and 30+ pieces, there's a lot for kids to explore, and the house format lends itself really well to imaginative play. I particularly like toys that don't dictate one specific way to play. Kids can move characters around the different rooms, rearrange accessories, and create their own stories rather than pressing the same button repeatedly. The surprise elements add some excitement when it's first opened, but there's enough actual play value afterward that the surprise isn't the entire product. With a larger playset containing this many pieces, quality matters. The structure feels appropriately sturdy for a children's playhouse, and the colorful details and different areas give it enough visual interest that it feels substantial once assembled. There are quite a few smaller accessories, so parents of children who scatter toy pieces across the entire known universe may want a storage bin nearby. For value, the size and number of included pieces are the strongest points. This isn't a tiny character set that needs several additional purchases before there's much to do with it. There's enough included to start playing right away, making it a particularly nice birthday or Christmas gift for a child who loves Bluey and imaginative play. ... show more

  • The big Bluey house is worth the hype, hours of play
This is the biggest Bluey house yet and our kid was thrilled. It stands over 28 inches tall with five floors and more than ten play areas, including Bandit's office, the laundry room and the verandah, plus all four Heelers are in the box. Enjoyment has been off the charts, the 50 plus sounds and songs get played constantly and the chimney that lights up and projects stars on the ceiling is a favorite at bedtime. Playability is high because there are so many little surprises, the washing machine with Chattermax, the oven with the duck cake and the TV that flips channels. Ease of use was better than expected, you attach three base pieces and it is ready, no tools. Quality is good, the plastic is thick and the doors and flip pieces have held up to enthusiastic play. Durability has been fine after a few weeks of daily use. For a set this size with this many pieces it is good value for money. Recommend for any Bluey fan. ... show more

  • Large, plastic doll house designed entirely for Mom, Dad, Bingo and Bluey. So much fun.
What a massive house! If you have Bluey fans at your house, like we do, this is going to be a big hit. If you can find somewhere to store it. It feels pretty massive. It includes four figures: Mom, Dad, Bingo and Bluey. The figures work with their other sets and come with foldable arms and legs, so they can sit in chairs, cars, etc. So cute and so easy to use. There are fun spinning portion, like the chimney, multiple levels, and a ton of fun accessories for each room. The furniture is pretty versatile and can work in different spaces. The overall construction is plastic, so it isn't too heavy and is probably more movable than the average house this size. The five stories can start to feel a smidge cramped, but when you get down on the level of a child, it all feels pretty awesome. Great fun. We really love the washing machine, the tub, and the toilet. So much pretend play potential here. ... show more

  • Absolutely massive and packed with play value
Holy moly, this thing is no joke. The first thing that stood out to me is just how massive it is. If you’ve seen the Bluey house playset sold at Target and thought that was big, this one is on a completely different scale. It feels multiple times larger in person and really makes an impression once it’s set up. The size gives it a lot of room for play, and the multiple levels and different rooms make it feel much more like a full play environment than a small dollhouse. There is a lot going on between the figures, accessories, sounds, lights, and interactive features, so there is plenty to keep kids entertained. It is definitely not a compact toy, so you’ll want to make sure you have the space for it. But if you do, this is a very impressive Bluey playset with tons of fun packed into it. ... show more
