The product is nice. Haven't put batteries in. To make sure it works, but off the bat, the brown dog came without any ears. I searched everything hoping the ears were there and just detached, but nope, no ears. Since "Santa" brought this gift, there is no way to return or anything...so no ears for him. ... show more
