Happy to see that this helmet stood out from a cost feature perspective, fit and safety. At first, I was skeptical because the reviews mentioned that the volume was not loud enough in the helmet. I figured out why that is. Just like with an external speaker, if your phone volume is set to low, then any external speaker or this helmet in this case, can only be as loud as the maximum volume of your mobile device allows it. Therefore, before posting a negative review, I would humbly recommend that you ensure your sound level is at maximum on the mobile device and then you can send it to your comfort level in the helmet. I drive a Suzuki touring bike that is not quiet, and I had absolutely no troubles having my ears bombarded with directions and music while I was riding on the interstate to appoint where it was definitely too loud and I thought I was at a rock concert in the first row. ... show more

Honestly it’s garbage, read the other reviews they aren’t lying, I should have listened to them but exact same problems as they have, cheap cheap velcro to hold the BT earpieces in, feels poorly made (China who would have guessed huh), it didn’t fit for me personally, said it comes with 2 masks but I only got one (not that it’s a big deal but still). The helmet is a reasonable helmet for the price. The modular system works well, the built in shades are smooth enough. My issue is with the bluetooth. The speakers are held in place with a velcro system. The adhesive on the speakers is garbage. I had to replace one of them when I took it out of the box because the velcro fell off the speaker, and it wasn't even kinda sticky. I cut some new velcro, stuck it in place and it worked. By the time I got back from my first ride, the other side was the same. It was just rattling around in the helmet. I could deal with that if there was any volume coming out of the speakers at all. At 20 MPH it is hard to hear the words to the song, turned all the way up. At 35 MPH it is hard to make out what song it even is. Want to have a conversation while on the interstate? Forget it. I'm not going to return the helmet, but I AM going to look for a different bluetooth system for it, and that kinda defeats the reason for getting the combo. ... show more
