I have returned this item twice! Very annoying gotta say. Im defiantly not trying for a third run I'll get a different brand. There is a lot of great reviews but my experience was bad luck I guess. The sound quality was awesome with music and video games but the quality is lacking. The first one they mailed me looked used and a light was out on illumination screen in front. The underpart was getting to hot too. The second one they mailed me looked used also but the coaxial did not work. The optical also started acting weird out of no where making a crazy loud noise. I turned it off and then back on 20 min later but it still acted same. The next day for some reason the optical option started working again. Not sure whats up. I bought a 3 year warranty so I hope I get my warranty money back too because this crap was an inconvenience NOT COOL!!! I hope I have better luck on my next pick. Ugh man ... show more

Easy to hook up. Unfortunately the banana plug adapter I have wouldn't fit. I did a work around though. I disconnected the adapter and used the bare wires. But so far it sounds great. I love the bluetooth connectivity!

    • it works on my Samsung but will only play youtube,not any other channel?
like I said it is hooked up thru my Samsung big 82-inch tv thru optical hook up. butt will only pick up sound thru YouTube channel. Radio comes thru but any other channel like Netflix, Samsung tv channels, or any other streaming channels. if anybody has any suggestions on what to do let me know??

    • It Sounds amazing better than expected
This AMP is deployed in a restaurant with 8 speakers throughout. The sound was amazing which I know has a lot to do with the speakers JBL. But the system is easy to use with USB Input and Bluetooth. BUT, their email support was outstanding In many cases, you can not get support. I was having a problem not fully related to the AMP (the electric onsite) - So highly suggest getting a surge protector that has 60hz canceling. The team at the manufacturer replied pleasantly and even sent links to items they did not sell to help resolve my issues. Rarely are suppliers or manufacturers responsive or helpful. I would by a Plye more than any other brand, especially Rockville. Just before this had the most horrid experience with Rockville audio so Pyle was my subsitute and I can not be more pleased with the end result. ... show more
