I am someone who loves candles and diffusers and all the good smelling things for my home but one thing about it is you have to remember to light the candle, turn on/off, refill, etc. This Blueme electric diffuser is such an upgrade for us because one fill up last SO long and I love being able to set the intensity and frequency so it just keeps working with no effort of my own! The cylinder design is sleek and blends well with any decor, easy to place on any shelf, tabletop, etc The metal material of the diffuser itself feels high quality and super durable. No glass or ceramic to worry about breaking! Overall the starter set price is high but that is also true of candles etc and this set lasts so much longer! I love that the scent can be as subtle or as powerful as you want!

My car finally smells better than my gym bag.

When I first unboxed this ceramic car diffuser, my initial thought was, "This is either going to make my car smell like a fancy spa, or it's going to leak essential oil all over my cup holder and ruin my week." The ceramic case has a nice, weighty feel that screams quality, and the natural rattan reeds are a classy touch that beats those cheap plastic vent clips any day. It's refillable too, which gives me hope that I'm not just creating more landfill waste with my scent addiction. The setup was simple, just fill the 5.91 fl oz reservoir, pop in the reeds, and plug it in. The scent spread evenly and subtly, not that overwhelming, punch-you-in-the-nose fragrance that some car fresheners go for. It's a more sophisticated way to keep the car fresh. I've been driving with it for a few days now, and it has genuinely improved the cabin ambiance. I am hoping this diffuser stands up to the daily bumps and temperature swings of car life. The ceramic is gorgeous but I am a bit worried about knocking it over. The large oil capacity is a plus because I am lazy and don't want to refill it every week. The reeds seem to be doing their job, but I am curious to see how long they last before the scent fades. A little loud for the price but works well and easily

This diffuser works well but it’s a little loud. At night it’s seemed quieter because the sound of the air conditioner is louder than it but I was startled early in the morning by the sound of its little engine, a rather loud whirring hum. It has a very elegant and streamlined shape and diffuses scent well, but I feel like, for $175, it should be whisper quiet rather than so notable. The touch controls are easy to use and it’s very easy to fill, refill, and set up. If anything the touch controls may be a little too easy to use- I think it’s inadvertently been turned off by brushing a hand over it. Definitely needs to be put in an out of the way spot.

High Quality, Super Customizable, and You Can Use Your Own Oils

As a long-time fan of Blueme’s lotions and fragrances, I jumped at the chance to try this diffuser, and as a birthday gift to myself, it did not disappoint. Living in an older home with pets, we needed a reliable way to keep our space fresh without creating the overwhelming, heavy scent that smaller, non-adjustable diffusers often produce. We currently have this set up in our large, 500 square foot family room, and it does an amazing job keeping the entire area smelling fresh and welcoming. It is virtually silent, making only a very subtle humming sound when it activates, so it never disrupts the room. What really stands out is how customizable it is. The settings range from 1 for a very light, gentle scent to 9 for maximum output, diffusing in short, periodic spurts to maintain a steady ambient fragrance rather than blasting the room all at once. The included refillable bottle is huge, which is a massive plus because it lets you use any essential oil instead of locking you into expensive, proprietary cartridges. I hand mixed my own oil blend, and it worked beautifully. Setup is east thanks to a built in alignment notch that lets you push and latch the canister securely into place. While it does come with a companion app for extra controls, I opted for the simple manual settings on the device itself, which are incredibly easy to use. The 1-, 2-, 4-, or 8-hour timers are super convenient, and the fact that the LED light turns off completely makes it great for bedtime use as well. The only minor downside is that the aluminum finish shows oil smudges easily if your hands aren't completely clean during refills, and the residue can be a bit stubborn to wipe off without a wet wipe. Otherwise, if you have a large living space and want a sleek, ultra quiet diffuser that lets you use your own custom oil mixes, this is well worth the investment!

High end, well made diffuser for a spa like experience

I recently learned about the Blueme line of candles and have been enjoying the quality and variety of scents, so I decided to take the next step and try the Home Electric Diffuser. This diffuser is a game changer for the ambiance and comfort of your home. It can be used manually or via the Bluetooth app to control the level and duration of scent output, which is very convenient. (The Blueme fragrance oils are sold separately.) The diffuser looks sleek and modern, and is perfect for a large space. The bottle that holds the oil is easy to access by lifting off the diffuser head (it pulls upward) and twisting the bottle off to fill it. There is a screw-on bottle top included to cap it off when not in use. You can see the puff of diffused oil being emitted from the machine so you know it’s working, and there are a variety of signature scents to choose from. Plus, all Blueme products are made without sulfates and are cruelty free, so you can feel good about using them. This diffuser is definitely a high quality item and has a high price tag, but if you enjoy the relaxing, spa like scents and experience they create, it can be an investment in your well being that will last for years. 5 stars.

Great fancy look diffusuer, that does a good job

I've never ordered such a fancy looking diffuser, but I got the opportunity to try it out. I've actually quite impressed. Thought it really didn't come with a manual, it just took a little bit of trying to figure it out. It is a nice sleek black in color. In order to refill you just pop the top off, remove the plastic bottle and refill with your choice of essential oils. There is no need to add any water etc. What I was a little confused on was the timing, It gives you numbers for the hours I believe. I put it at 1. From what I've seen it goes off every hour. My house has been smelling amazing. No need for other fragrances or even candles to worry about. I'm glad I gave the bougie diffuser a try, now I'm hooked.

Stylish diffuser, but way over-priced.

The overall quality and design is great. One of the fancier diffusers I've owned. Tall, black and with an attitude. I also like the digital mode options. Very easy to use and to refill with essential oils. My one issue is the hefty price tag, which is very high. I've seen pricey diffusers, but this one tops them all. See attached images.

Big, beautiful, beefy, and wonderful.

I love all things Blueme: candles, candle accessories, essential oils, and so on. The signature color for their boxes and packaging materials is a perfect spa grey-green-blue. Check out the Blueme origin story: her father had Parkinson’s. My father has Parkinson’s. I totally relate. And the fragrances are to die for. My very favorite scent in the whole world (tied with purple petunias) is the bergamot musk scent, and now my kitchen smells like that for all of my waking hours. I have a study but my usual deal is to do paperwork at my kitchen table, so my kitchen is my central hub, and now I’m always calmed/soothed/uplifted when I’m in it. The diffuser can be controlled either by the buttons on its base or the Scent Marketing app, which is clunky but useable, and that app also connected happily to an upstairs non-Blueme diffuser I have, which gives me app control over the two main diffusers in my home. This diffuser is expensive. But it comes with a spare suction tube, it’s built like a tank, it diffuses beautifully, and it’s a giant assist in my mental health/daily dose of joy. I adore Blueme. I want Blueme to start making personal fragrance, because my signature perfume will/would be the bergamot musk. It’s truly heavenly.
