Wow the bottle is heavy duty which is nice since I will be reusing it. The foam on first use of each day is weak and watery, but it’s fine for the rest of the day. I like not having my hands coated in conventional liquid soap ingredients.

These are great. The foam is thick. The pump works very well. It does not dry out my skin. Iris Agave is my favorite scent. All of the scents are very light and in no way overpowering. I'm close to a year of use with my first dispenser and it's still going strong. I fill half way with hot tap water, let the tablet dissolve quickly and then top off to the fill line. Otherwise, they don't seem to dissolve all the way and when I filled all the way with hot water, it foamed over the top of the bottle a lot. One tablet lasts longer than a regular, store bought foaming soap bottle and I really like the only throw away being the tablet wrapper.

I bought 8 hand soap bottles and lots of refills three months ago after receiving a sample. Love the scent and the nice glass jars. I was all-in on reducing waste, and I thought these guys were selling a quality produce. Unfortunately, the pump has stopped working on 3 of the 8 after only 3 months. A couple of the other pumps are having problems and will probably stop working soon (they don't come back up after dispensing soap). I tried cleaning the pumps with hot water, disassembling them and rinsing them, and they don't work anymore. I contacted Customer Service at the Blueland website. (There was no way to contact them at amazon because the return window had closed, I guess?) I told them about the bad pumps and included a screenshot of my receipt for spending +$200 on Blueland products. I received a prompt email reply from Alexa (not kidding) telling me that the soap would be just fine even if the pump didn't work. What?? She told me to contact amazon about getting replacements. FAIL. Maybe their customer service USED TO BE GREAT, but it's not anymore. Buyer beware!

So I ordered 2 of these and I love the soap and the glass jar. I’m having trouble with 1 of these pumps already. It’s like it has a lot of pressure in it and it won’t go down. We’ve tried to figure out what the problem is and it’s just not anything obvious. It still works but not as good as it should. The product line of Blue land is great though.

The soap is great, the glass bottle is fantastic but the foaming plastic dispenser broke as of today after two months of use. I’ve reached out to Blueland to see if there is a replacement. I’d like to have a few on-hand so I don’t run into this problem. I have normal soap dispensers that have worked for years, now I’m tossing this plastic non-recyclable after two months. Not very sustainable.

We bought these wanting to reduce our plastic use, all the pumps broke within 6 months and replacement pumps have also broken since then. Either need a cheap way to buy pumps without the bottle or this is so much more expensive than it isn't worth it. I can just reuse a plastic dispenser until it's pump breaks and reduce plastic that way.
