Anyone can make a mistake. How you handle it is what creates long term customers. And Lifestyle by Focus responded quickly when I discovered they had included the wrong shock mount with this package. They sent me a new one and are letting me keep the incorrect one as well. (I guess in case I upgrade to a Blue Yeti mic.) The mic itself works well, but I've had to play with it to get decent sound. I'm using it in a large room and things get pretty echo-y. The mic picks ups the reflected sound even in its cardioid setting, so I've baffled it with two pillows placed in a "V" behind the mic. That helps a lot. The other thing to note is it seems to draw quite a lot of power from my MacBook Pro. I need to unplug my external hard drive for the mic to work properly. I had the same issue with a different USB mic that I returned so it might be characteristic of all USB mics, or perhaps of my laptop. Anyway, great seller. Good bundle and good value. ... show more

I really like the mic and it was delivered so quickly. I ended up getting the arm and shock mount with it because it was basically the same price as the mic alone. Arm was easy. Mic, again, is great. Shock mount in the picture is not what I received. This would be fine but the snowball cannot fit into the mount that was sent ... show more

Found this mic during COVID-19's highway robbery. Seller was selling the kit at a price point for just the mic so it was a deal!!! Either the seller was a good person or they made a mistake and forgot to price gouge. as for the product, the accessories are cheap Chinese imports. As for the mic, look at any YouTuber review, it's good for it's time. There are cheaper and better mics in 2020. The snowball mic is a great quality for its price, however, the mount they give in this bundle is very poor. I would very much recommend buying the snowball, however, I would recommend buying a different mount.

    • My bread and butter mic. Worth the money.
It works great! No delay most of the time, the parts fit together intuitively, I can stand or sit and sing and can adjust the mic however I need. Blue makes great quality mics, it sounds perfect for my scratch recordings and when video conferencing. As a professional singer, it is now my no-hassle "get it done quick" microphone. If I do get delay over time, I just unplug and replug the USB and it works fine. ... show more

If you know how to tweak it, you'll get beautiful sounds from this. However I found the set up too bulky, and the "brushed aluminum" is a little cheap-looking.

    • Great product but...
This is a great product. However, the only problem I have with it is that you have to be pretty close to the mic in order for the high quality to be noticed. If you are not that close it sounds like every other mic. Other than that, I love it!
