This embroidery floss organizer (18 compartments) works well. The latches are sturdy but easy to close. It came with plenty of plastic bobbins, a marker, and a winder. The included winder is what set this apart from the other similar-sized and priced organizers, and I think it makes it well worth the prince it if you don't already have a winder. It is a little shaky because it doesn't fit perfectly on the side, but it works well enough. Just be aware that it will likely fill up quickly because it is pretty small. What you see is just the leftover thread from 1 finished kit that I didn't want to throw away, plus 2 random thread colors I found in my sewing kit. Even though it came with a bunch of bobbins, it will realistically only fit 3 full skeins per compartment, so 54 full skeins, not 100. Great for your first organizer, but too small if you have many colors to organize already and want room to spare. Know what you need, and buy accordingly.

Works quite well. Have really enjoyed carding the floss. Has made it easy to organize and use the floss. Box is quite sturdy. You get way more blank cards than fit in the case once they're holding floss. But I came up with an answer to that. A handy box and shoelaces.

It's a good organizer for my floss, but I don't have a big collection yet. I'm guessing it will only hold 30-35(?) full DMC skeins. The section dividers sit in place loosely, so they come out easily when you're grabbing thread. At the price, I'm not too disappointed.

I love this! It’s a nice smaller size but perfect for starting your embroidery thread collection. I absolutely love the thread winder! It’s super easy and quick to use. Note that it is helpful to put something heavy to weigh down the box so it doesn’t move around as you wind. The slits on the bobbins for holding the end of the thread are slightly too wide to actually hold in place, but I personally don’t mind and I just loop the end back through the thread to secure it. The bobbins are also slightly too long to lay sideways perfectly to show the thread color from above, but if you angle them slightly you can still lay them in the compartments for that view. Each compartment appears to fit three full dmc skeins, and there can be 18 compartments total if you put the extra dividers in. So you can have up to 54 bobbins each wrapped with an entire skein of dmc thread. For the price of this ($9.99usd) I think this is an amazing product and perfectly functional! Very happy with this purchase and I Highly recommend.

This was a good product!! Very simple and easy to use, hold quite a bit of floss and isn’t too expensive. Only issue I have if you could even call it that is that the device they give you to help wrap the floss is meant to attach to the box it came with and it does, however it’s not very sturdy. I found myself just hand wrapping most of them. Other than that it was great and I would buy it again

It's a little misleading, because you definitely can't fit 200 bobbins of floss in these two containers - I had ordered a pack of 150, and as you can see, I had to pack them in pretty tight (thank gods thread can smoosh, lol) - so it is possible to fit more than just 54 per box, you just gotta take out all of the dividers and put them in sideways. Overall, it's okay, but I'll definitely be looking for another box or two at some point so that there's some room to grow (and so I don't have to worry about the whole row popping out when I just want one).
