Durable, and love that they expand... BUT, unfortunately, they don't expand large enough to hold in place. The measurements are accurate, and appeared to just meet the size of our sink. BUT, fully expanded, there is not enough extra or overhang to hold it in place. A little tap, and it fell (see photo), so if I were to pour pasta or tried to wash fruit, the strainer and contents would fall into the sink. It would otherwise be a great item, and I'd buy again if they made it to expand a little larger.

I've been messing around with an old fashioned strainer forever. I don't even know how I found this thing, but it's like the difference between candles and electric lights. Large, sturdy and also super easy to clean and store.

Makes washing items easier because it fits snuggly to the top edge of the sink and doesn't tip like the round colanders. Also, round calenders are larger across and take up more cabinet space.
