I have 2 Boxer babies, one is 15 months and the other is 10 years old. I have always fed them dry food with a can of food on top (one can split between both bowls), twice a day. For about the past 3-4 months, my 15 month old pup had been eating, acting normal, but throwing up his food about once every other day. He does have allergies and a sensitive stomach. He eventually got where he just didn't want to eat any of his food. So, I had to start trying different things on his food to encourage eating (peanut butter, yogurt). Eventually, he didn't want that either. I had to do something so I saw this Blue Buffalo High Protein Salmon and Chicken at the pet store and decided to give it a try...... Let me tell you. Since the very first day of eating this can food (about 2 months ago) on top of their normal dry, my puppy hasn't been sick, not once! It has actually encouraged his eating, now he is eating 3 meals a day! He is finally gaining the weight that a Boxer pup should be gaining at his age. I do strongly believe that this quality made wet food has healed his gut. They both love the Salmon and Chicken and I know it is healthy for their coat too. Good dog food Sofie likes the taste, but I think she likes the snake one better a little more smell and flavor for her. But all in all good dog food. Just wished they carried a softer kibble because of my dogs underbite.

Label says: Chicken & Salmon Grill is 12.5 oz. x 78% WATER = 9 3/4 ounces of water per can. Thus, about 2 3/4 ounces = "food". Or, $17.45 per pound of food and calories;... is minus the water. The cost of a pound of fresh salmon !? Where does all the water come from? Are the chickens wet? Of course, the salmon do swim in water and salmon is the fourth ingredient after chicken liver.
