I needed to replace my old cell phone after dropping it and cracking the screen. I had purchased a BLU phone some time ago (prior to getting the phone I dropped) and was pretty happy with it until the battery swelled up. I had been receiving advertising emails from BLU and their phones seemed to have all the RAM, Internal Memory, battery capacity, etc. I was looking for. So, I went on Amazon and ordered this phone. It does everything I need it to do and it has Android 13. When it arrived, I took it to my Metropcs store and they looked up the IMEI and said that this phone is fully compatible on the T-Mobile system on which Metropcs operates. (I wish there was a way that companies could provide us with the IMEI of the unit we are ordering so we can check out compatibility on specific carriers. T-Mobile seems to have a way of doing that on an IMEI basis). I'm not what you would consider a heavy-duty user - I use my cell phone for calls, texts, some mobile banking and Google mail when I'm travelling. I really can't ask for more from the display - it's clear, bright. The phone is very responsive. And I didn't pay $1,200 or more - I paid $165 on Amazon. I just hope the battery in this unit doesn't swell up. I don't charge it as often as I did my first BLU phone, I don't leave it in the car where it can get overly heated. So, I'm hoping that they have addressed the battery swelling issue or that maybe the last BLU I had was a one-off with this problem. But so far, I'm not disappointed in this phone.

The phone is solid. A great 4g lte gsm for anyone in the market. Lots of storage, great pics, long battery, beautiful and bright screen. Slick responsiveness. Fits great in the hand. Comfortable to hold. Only complaint is the one speaker at the bottom don’t sound too good. Other than that it’s a nice phone for the price. Also, don’t buy it unless you know you have good t-mobile service. I didn’t so returned it in a day. But don’t get in a hurry for a refund. Apparently they have to process a lot of them cuz mine is taking forever.

Incredible performing phone for the price, BLU really doesn't miss when it comes to budget phones. Notable mentions: - It charges to full in under an hour and lasts three days for me out the box. - 6 GB of ram is good for many uses. Very fast at loading pages, apps, and games (plays LoL Wild Rift smoothly). - Fingerprint scanner is on the power button, this is a hit or miss depending on the person. On one end, its nice for a fast access. On the other end, it could be tedious if you're just trying to stay on the lock screen and not go in right away. - Screen colors are very vibrant, much more than all the previous BLUs that I had. - Holding the power button brings up Google assistant BUT you can turn this off in the settings so it functions as a quick access to the power off or restart. - Camera is pretty good, not crazy but not bad by any means. Average to slightly above average camera.

Had for less then a year and so far I've had all my data wiped once, had it freeze and over heat to where I place it in the refrigerator to cool down in fear it might explode, have there legitimate case on it and the back glass has completely almost all fallen off , to where the guts are exposed (first phone I've ever had have let alone a cracked screen but the whole back that's protected in their "shock absorbing case" is just mind blowing that they ever switched from the old black cases to these new clear ones that are not good at all is beyond me) I've had it randomly just drop service for 10 -30 mins at a time(I have two different carries and sim cards) and neither just happen to work in this phone but when moved to my Samsung they both were working then put bak in my g93 and not one bar still until the phone wants to pick up a signal multiple times, the camera app pre installed would not open the video recording section under camera straight out of the box and took me weeks off researching to figure out how to fix... And a few other problem from laggy and restarting the first will I started using it, to taking a picture and it not saving the pic after I leave the camera app and go to share the picture it's just gone, not there never saved it in my phone ,I literally have to double and triple snap pics and then wait almost 30 secs B4 clicking share it the pictures just poof gone almost at if u never took a picture to bring with... No wonder this phone is currently unavailable on amazing Amazon right now and had been, I feel like it was recalled by the company and hush hushed .... But that being said , I love blu and there phones, have for over 10 + years atleast , I have used blu phone for the alot and loved em from this phone I'm writing this review (g91 pro that the only problem was with this phone the charger port started giving out after 2 years of heavy usage)( unfortunately allot of there phone ports are fairly mid to low grade for massive usage over years, but most the phonea wireless charging options in em that will work long after the port goes out) I also had the g9 pro and the g9 and g9pro vivo night fall editions all them were also amazing phones , they even had a better front facing cam(16 mp i believe in most of them)then the 5+ year newer g93... I'm very disappointed in this phone my uncle didn't do much on his so he loves it but for me , coming from someone who had used Blu since the Blu view 2.... And had always enjoyed there phones.... I'm not so happy with the g93, now the n4 looks like it'll be worth it I'll have to write a review for it once I buy and test run on it, but all and all of your not gonna use the thing for more then calling and minimal usage it may be better for you then me but i push devices to the max and then beyond sometimes unfortunately and this one didn't impress like my last 4 or 5 blu devices have, and going the n4 gets back to there roots of making amazing phones ready to do what they have always done, and that's put other phone company's to shame:) please Blu I beg you go back to the black cases these clear ones aren't protecting anything and please keep making phones like you used to :)

I have had three phones from BLU, all with high-end features at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the battery life on this model was disappointing. The "3-day" feature lasted about a week, and then the battery started depleting at a faster rate. Once it needed charging before the end of the day, it had to be replaced. It is disappointing because I have been a champion of this brand for several years.

I love blu phones. They're more cost-effective and work exactly as they should I never have a problem with any Blu phones that I've had including this one they have great functioning capabilities they look great, they don't freeze up, I never have an issue with connectivity they're extremely durable cuz I am not one to be all that careful when it comes to phones I tend to drop it within the first two days that I get it, I never have a problem really with anything. Just keep your phone up to date keep a screen protector on it and you're good to go Blu phones are exceptional and I recommend them to anyone and everybody

It’s a decent android phone for the money I used to pay $1000 for the expensive android phones and I started buying these BLU phones and I’ve had five of them and I think they’re great between 100 and $200 for a phone you can’t go wrong. I don’t try to make them last two or three years. I just buy a new one every year or so if I feel like it. It’s great to have a back up phone. I like to buy one before my current model breaks that way if I break or lose my phone, I can just pull the other one out of the drawer. They might not be the newest latest and greatest, but they are definitely a goodbye for the money. I used to have all the newest latest and greatest and it wasn’t worth the extra thousand dollars for sure a year later you get it on a blu phone for a fraction of the cost.
