I have to upgrade my Galaxy phone when it's stopped working and I got a different blue phone which had the phone sensor on the side which was pretty much worthless. Also I don't know why but it was refusing to acknowledge the SD card. Anyway this one is a lot better I love the fact that the fingerprint sensor is on the back which is on track for all the other devices I have, and this one actually works and takes pictures compared to the last one. Overall I really like the blu phones .... I don't know why my last one didn't work but one thing I will say is that is really annoying to have the fingerprint sensor on the side instead of on the bottom like every other phone. I haven't checked the battery life yet I just got my phone but I love it and I got this cyan and it's beautiful I love the color on the back .... I would recommend getting a clear cover so you could really enjoy the beauty of it. ... show more

Pros: You won't be disappointed with all the features of this phone. I arrived at the Blu brand after owning several expensive Samsung Note phones. The quality for the price can't be beat. I've owned 3 Blu cell phones and I can't say anything really bad about the brand. I've had this model for 3 months. My last Blu phone, I had for almost 3 years finally, after dropping it in the toilet 3 times and bouncing it down the stairs at least twice - it finally said, "enough is enough!"😁 The picture quality is decent to me, I'm not expecting anything near the product that a $4,000 Nikon or Olympus produces. The charging is relatively fast and lasts a day plus with heavy use. It's easy to use, I didn't even need to read the user's manual. The sound quality is quite good and I almost forgot, it's surprisingly light. Cons: I was surprised that it was only a 4G device, I mean come-on, it's 2023 after all. I got a slight scare when I 1st charged it because it became a bit warm and all I could think of was it starting a fire - while in my pocket 😳! Turns out I was overreacting as it's never happened again.😜 ... show more

    • First Blu phone to DISAPPOINT. WORST PHONE EVER.

EDIT/UPDATE: I DESPISE THIS PHONE. Seriously, don't do it. Get ANY other phone out there. I guarantee it will be better than this one. It shuts itself/restarts roughly 20-30 times per day, if not more. (No, that is NOT an exaggeration. If anything, it's a low estimate.) I'm trying talk to someone on a call? Nope. Restart. Want to switch between two apps? Nope. Restart. Look at the phone too hard? Restart. Want to play a game? That's cute, but NO. RESTART. The service request on Blu's website doesn't work. It is missing a field for submission, but that field isn't actually present on the form. I tried calling the number..."No one is available to assist you. Goodbye." I *think* this phone may still be within warranty limits but I can't actually contact Blu and I'm so irritated that I'm just going to eat the cost and find something new. Blu, you've failed miserably and I'm done with you. I wasn't going to leave this update until I spent an hour trying to figure out how to contact the company with no success. Is this update reactionary? 100%, but it's an outburst that's been brewing for nearly 4 months now... Hopefully it saves someone the urge to rip their hair out like I've had to restrain myself from doing... Original review: This is the third Blu phone I've had. Each of the others lasted a few years each, which felt reasonable for their cost. I have had NOTHING but issues with this model. Dropped calls, apps closing mid-use, restarting itself multiple times a day, freezing up. Blu products have always been dependable for me, so I hesitate to give too bad of a review, but go with a different model. I either got a lemon, or this model is just glitchy and is a huge irritation. When it works, it works well, but I never know when it's going to decide NOT to work...The camera is good, the sound quality is good, the size is good. I just wish it was reliable. :( ... show more

    • Really Nice Overall, With One Annoying Drawback

This is a great budget phone. It's modern, pretty fast, and has no problem with the few mobile games I play. The battery also lasts a couple days per charge. It does have one very annoying drawback: custom Quick Settings tiles are disabled. I can't think of any good reason for the manufacturer to do this, as it only serves to make the phone harder to use. Luckily, SystemUI Tuner can forcibly add tiles that apps aren't able to, but it's still such a strange change that does nothing but inconvenience the user. ... show more

Love everything about the phone. I got the Cyan Color one so the only thing I would want different is a clear case to show off the color. I did uninstall all the preloaded games and some of the apps that transferred from my old phone. It really helped wi th the performance of this phone. My sim card from my old phone works great on it, the price was awesome and it takes really good pics.All in all a great phone just wish I could find a clear case to fit it. ... show more

    • Does Not Work with Consumer Cellular

Received the BLU G91s phone today and spent an hour with a rep at Consumer Cellular to get it to work properly. The phone sends and receives texts fine, and gets onto the internet, but it will not make or receive calls. CC uses the AT&T network, so I assumed, being the G91s is listed as one of three BLU phones certified by AT&T to work on their VoLTE network, that it would work fine. It doesn't, unfortunately. The rep walked me through setting up a new APN and provided all the info to fill in the settings, and it still would not make a call. You dial a number and it's silent for like 15 seconds then hangs up. I'm returning it to Amazon asap for my money back. Guess I'll keep my Motorola. If you're on a network that it works with, it seems like a snappy phone. ... show more
