Honestly, not a bad phone. For the price, I'm amazed at how great this phone is. Since it's unlocked, I just popped in the sim and it's started going. Also, android 14 Love that. There were a few updates to software that I needed to do (around 6). And the updates take about 5-10 minutes each.my service isn't that great so it might be less for you. Also, I noticed that with almost every software update new game apps would appear downloaded. Games I've never downloaded or would ever download. When taking videos/pictures, you notice that it's not great. But not terrible. It feels like a 2012 picture quality. But since I'm using this phone as a secondary just for calls and texts, that doesn't bother me at all. Battery life is great. Actually better than most top flagship phones. The only complaint is the charge rate. But just leave it at night to charge and you'll have an all day battery the next day. One thing I did notice to is that sometimes it lags when using multiple apps. For example, Amazon. It doesn't scroll easily. You can tell when it lags. But that's not a problem for me. Remember, just phone calls and texts. The screen quality is amazing. Watching YouTube isn't a negative experience. The sound quality isn't the best but sound does come out. All in all. Great phone. If you're looking to buy a phone for your kids, this is it. If you don't want to shell out thousands of dollars on a top tier phone, this is it. There will be compromises to be made but I don't think you'll regret it. Ps. Did this review on the phone itself and the haptic feedback while texting is also great. ... show more

I love this phone! (I purchased the blue one). First off, I love that this phone not only came with a charging cable AND plug πŸ”Œ but it also comes with a clear case to protect it! The only weird thing is that it doesn't have a photo gallery. If you take a photo or screenshot, it will save it to Google Photos. If you're cool with that, great; however, if you prefer a gallery (like I do), just download Google Gallery and you're good to go. From this point on, any pics, videos and screenshots you take will automatically save to the Google Gallery instead.πŸ‘ It's definitely compatible with MetroPCS/T-Mobile... NOT Verizon. I have MetroPCS. When the customer service clerk was helping me get service on this phone, she put the SIM card in the tray slot farthest to the right. I wasn't getting service, and I was getting scared I lost money on this phone. But I switched the SIM card to the middle tray, and suddenly it was working, I had service. Call quality is okay (I'm hard of hearing anyway), and I mostly use a Bluetooth headset. Set up with my Google account was easy, and connecting to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth was easy as well. I needed to install a few updates which also downloaded games to my phone. I just deleted the games. It took about an hour to install all the software updates. Not too bad. It has an iPhone look and feel without the price tag, and I love the 64GB of storage! I think it takes great photos and videos. And watching videos on YouTube seem so crisp and sharp, and vibrant. You can definitely tell the content creators who use HD cameras when watching them on this phone, and the colors seem truer on this phone compared to my old one. I also love that I can still customize my ringtones with apps like Zedge, etc. I definitely think this phone is a hidden gem. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and the added benefit that I didn't get suckered into a $200+ phone! I feel like a bandit! LOL! 🀣 ... show more

I was surprised by this cellphone. I actually just bought it to have another SIM card and register a number for WhatsApp Business that was different from my personal number, because Voice and TextNow failure. And I love it! My husband was also surprised by the quality. Of course, I don't use it all the time, but it's good to have a number for the business. And for the price, it's better than any other Android phone. The screen has good quality. And it's super durable. It looks modern and is definitely durable (my baby dropped it once or twice, but the phone is still intact, so it’s scratch resistant), compatible with Tello SIM card for sure!
