I bought this for my dad who is in a nursing home, so he didn’t need anything high-spec or expensive. I didn’t expect much from a $100 phone, but when I opened it, it was gorgeous. While setting the phone up, it ran much smoother than I expected as well. I’m sure you won’t be able to play any graphically intense games or anything, but if you’re just looking for a large phone that you can use for basic things, YouTube, Facebook, etc, this is a steal. I bought the phone to use on Tracfone which based on the info provided me shows that it did, but after getting the phone and calling Tracfone to find out it didn't. I called Barrow the provider they didn't recommend anyone

This phone is fine for the price (3 stars), but nowhere it was stated that it is NOT an android phone but an ANDROID GO system, so 2 star. Android go is a stripped down version of a real android system. You can install most apps from the store, but not all of them, especially the full google assistant, so no voice recognition. I have one minor android issue with it and they are giving me an idiotic run-around. Sad, because otherwise this would be the best phone I have ever had. It does not get security updates = Amazon tch was GREAT - TOJO the vendor stunk and even Amazon said - just return it
