This older device struggles to function with multiple apps running and it crashes constantly, making normal phone usage tedious and irksome. It can barely even seem to run a browser and VPN simultaneously without crashing every twenty minutes, if even. Leaving two stars because the case and everything were nice and the device itself would be fine if not for the horrible memory. It's also very cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would not recommend this device, except for maybe just basic calling and texting. Don't waste your money and buy a newer device with more RAM that actually functions reliably. ... show more

    • Does not work with Verizon
I'd think it's not articulated well enough on the product description page, but this phone is NOT compatible with Verizon Wireless and MVNOs that run on its network (Visible, Tello etc). Works fine with everything else (well, as fine as a device with 2 gigs of RAM can work these days).
