This phone is pretty fast, the screen is nice, the speaker is nice and in the right place. I appreciate the headphone jack. The fingerprint scanner is very good. I played some games and it runs smoothly. Also worth noting is that this gets better reception than the $700 phone is replacing. I have 4 bars where my old phone had one or two. I have two big problems with this phone. The light on the back is very bright and stays on when the phone is plugged in. So forget plugging this thing in next to your bed while you're sleeping it's not happening. I have not figured out how to turn this off yet. (Edit) Figured it out. It's called the "breathing light". Turned it off while charging, but left it on for alerts. I kind of like it now. The second big problem I have with this phone is the case that comes with it makes the volume buttons protrude. Because of this every time I turn the phone on I take a screenshot. Sometimes just picking the phone up I take a screenshot. I went through Google photos and deleted 22 screenshots from the last 24 hours. I ordered a new case for it so we'll see if that solves the problem. ( Edit). I took an xacto and cut a hole in the case where the protruding buttons were. Problem solved until my new case arrives. Overall would I recommend the phone? Yes absolutely. I don't think you will find a better phone at this price point. The issue I just was with the free case. Update, over a year later: This is possibly the toughest phone I've ever owned. It has survived multiple 7 foot drops onto porcelain. The screen didn't even crack. I have however, cracked the back of it, and it still works. It gets wet daily, no issues. Works as well as it did the first day I got it. A truly remarkable piece of hardware. All of my Blu phones have survived my abuse and been handed down to my kids. They survive that abuse as well. I am a repeat customer and can't wait to see what they come out with next.

Second Blu phone I've owned. Both have served me well. Does everything I expect a mobile phone to do, in a satisfactory manner. The phone gets heavy usage, and needs charging almost daily. The finger print reader is glitchy; frequently fails, often needs resetting. Older Blu model with fingerprint reader on back of phone was more reliable. The case, earphones and screen protector that are supplied with this phone are useful.

I've always liked BLU phones because I don't need a lot of bells and whistles--just a reliable, unlocked phone with a dual SIM so I can take it overseas and use another country's network. My previous three BLU phones have all done that at a good price (and lasted longer than my friends' higher-priced Androids). So when my last phone finally died, I knew I wanted a 5G BLU model. Don't laugh, but I consider $150 the top end of what I'll pay for a phone, so this one fit the bill as the most economical 5G alternative. It's a bit larger and heftier than my last phone, which is probably partially due to the battery. I can go for a whole day with heavy use or three days with moderate use before I need a charge. The screen is clear as a bell, as is the sound. Response time from the touchscreen is lightning fast, and the apps I use (Youtube, store rewards, email, the usual) all work quickly. The things I'm not crazy about are supposedly value-added features. The thing turns on whenever I pick it up, even if I'm just putting it in my purse. Other reviewers have written about accidently taking screenshots by pressing the power and volume buttons at the same time. I agree the placement of the volume buttons directly opposite the power was a bad move, but I've trained myself to pick the phone up from the bottom and use the fingerprint sensor so I don't have to press the power button. There's also no agreement between the volume you set for different things in Settings and what you do with the volume buttons. I was happy to get an objective opinion on my purchase as well. I took it to my T-Mobile store so they could show me how to switch out my SIM card and transfer my data. The girl who waited on me was kind enough not to call me an old person because I couldn't do this myself, but she was really excited by the phone. She played with it for almost fifteen minutes before asking me what brand it was and if I got it from T-Mobile. She wouldn't believe that it was a $150 "no name" phone--she has high-end products with exactly the same features selling for $800-$900. Altogether, a good phone at a reasonable price.

The media could not be loaded. very terrible quality. It’s a pity that a month has passed and I can’t return the phone. The first month it worked more or less normally. Then bugs started. You go into the application, and the phone crashes several times. I have to go into the application many times. I don’t recommend it at all It’s very slow to take a phone of this brand. I regretted that I bought it and lost my money, which now of course no one will return to me

Have yet to find any major Flaws in this device. First Plus - Dimensity Processor. Enough Ram & Storage. Works Good - Looks Good (to me). Good 5g Signal (200mbs+ d/ls), Good 4G signal. Fast Wifi. Bluetooth works good. Very Clear talking - (hear the caller well - and they hear you). Loud clear Notification and Ringtone. Good screen @ 100% brightness. Good Cameras, Love the Notification Light 'Ring' around camera. Fast, no lag, here. Good Size. Never liked the BLU rugged cases, but they are free + glass screen prot. would rather had volume on right, but, it is what it is - got used to oneplus and LG did same thing. Face it people - you can nick-pick it to death, and act like its a galaxy, but, You are buying a $150-180 phone - and a dam# good one. The Bold N2's got it beat, but this one holds a nice postion in my fleet - Keeper. Well worth $ and will serve you well. Wrote BLU, asked when the Green and Blue will be selling.... Good enough to buy another one!
