Genuinely impressed. It’s huge and handy. I use it as a back up phone and it works well. I think you get what you spend. The camera quality isn’t the greatest but I don’t mind it. The battery last quite a while off a single charge. I usually use it for games or reading for the most part. The screen quality is great too. It’s about the same weight as my iPhone 15 Plus too. I am not sure where to start I brought this phone for my wife. The front face of the camera glitched and had purple lines going through it I could not see her on video chat. Back of the camera sucks I am not even going to lie. When an image did appear it was super dark and she was in the light. I have owned two previous Blu phones and none of them have ever done what this K12 has done. I tried using the phone in the store on video and it did the same thing and frozen. GPS stalled and did not work properly at all had to pull over and reboot phone. After reboot still did not work. This is something I should not have had to do. GPS froze and stopped working in the middle of deliveries, dropping off packages, etc. Good thing we remembered we had another phone and got home safely. We can go on and on with the problems we have had maybe it's just a bad phone. ... show more

This is my second Blu phone. My first Blu phone was a G91Pro. It worked perfectly for 4 years. I decided to upgrade even though my old phone still works great. I am happy with my new Bold K12. It was very reasonably priced. It works perfectly just like my first Blu phone. No lag. Plenty of storage. Takes a great picture. It also works perfectly with my T-Mobile account. I am a very happy customer. I hope Blu continues to make quality phones at affordable prices. I'm so grateful for them. I can't afford expensive phones. Thankfully, Blu phones have given me the quality and features I needed at a fraction of the price. ... show more

Great phone, works well with T-Mobile. Does come with several apps when setting up the phone. I would suggest a factory reset then delete the apps not needed. Overall great phone so far and a good buy for $100

I was surprised. This phone replaced my Blu G91, it is 5 years old and still works fine. The new phone was cheaper and I didn't expect much. The big gain was going from android 10 to 15. Google had started complaining telling me to update my system on the old phone. Plus - K12 is a little faster than G91 K12 has a bigger display. Both have 128 GB and accept another 128 GB SD card. K12 has aptX, no where was that stated, showed up when I paired with some sennheisers. Pixel watch transferred easily. K12 had a little better wifi (ac) and better Bluetooth (5) but both a rev back from current. Minus - Lots of bloatware auto installed from Blu, disabled that. Some bloatware from Google but you can uninstall it. Have to disable the bloatware install with every system update. Defaults to 3D sound on Bluetooth or wire, had to turn that off every time. K12 has same size battery as G91 My use for the phone is mostly texting and music streaming. I use red pocket for carrier, $45 a year. I run the phone in the car for deezer, spotify and siriusxm. I use less than 500 mb a month on cell, my plans limit, but that is why it is $45 a year. Most of the time it is home on wifi using Google voice for texting and calls. Updated the op system and then moved the Sim card, pretty simple, working fine. The K12 is a good emergency phone, like my G91. Very pleased. BLU makes a reasonably priced phone that actually works. Battery lasts a few days. My 3rd Blu phone. I'll get a 4th in another 5 years.. ... show more

I think HAL is installed in this phone. HAL makes changes on its own accord. Return the changes to their original state and HAL changes it back to its liking. HAL does takes a respite from controlling my phone by shutting the phone down throughout the day.
