These shorts are great for casual wear or working out. they are very light, and they are also quite modest which i appreciate! The back side goes down further (see photo) than the front to make sure your booty isn’t falling out with movements/working out. The waistband is comfy. I give it a 4 because i don’t love how the sides of the shorts sort of “parachute” out. Also did a 4 because another style in this brand is my absolute favorite and these just didn’t live up to that hype of the other style! Looove the double pockets though.

They fit true to size and are so comfortable. Great for moms with that little pouch we’re trying to hide and comparable comfort to larger brands. Save the money and order these! They have good stretch to them and don’t roll or slide down at all. Perfect for any workout.

I'm normally a M/L - sized up to L and the top band is pretty tight on these. It has loosened up over time, however the band rolls down a lot. I wore these to lift and it kind of bugged me. If you don't mind the band rolling, these are a great affordable option.
