I dug up a 30 year old tree in these which involved getting snagged on branches and sitting in dirt neither of which did anything to these shorts. They wash easily and dry quick as well, but they only have one pocket for the whole pair of shorts and it’s on the left side which is a problem for me both because there is only one and because it’s on the left side as I am not left handed that is not normally where I will stick things. I have seen reviews that this is a good lululemon dupe, these shorts are not at all like lululemon running shorts in my opinion and I actually find these to be better and more flattering. I have 3 pairs, two of which have lasted me well over a year with no signs of damage - the elastic is still intact! The pocket does not hold heavy items well as you run, as the items will bounce around, but it's nice to have for your phone when walking or sitting. For reference I’m 5’1”, 170 lbs. and usually wear M-L depending on the brand. I bought the black in M last summer and ordered the light gray in M now and it is significantly smaller, both holding it up to each other to compare and when wearing.
