This product is exactly as advertised. It is small, it is collapsible, it is a washing machine. I live in a camper because I RV full-time, and not everywhere I go has laundry. Having to go to laundromat can become inconvenient depending on where you are and how long you are there. I live alone, and I work from home, so this is absolutely perfect for me! I love that it’s small because I have limited Storage, it does a phenomenal job at cleaning the clothes, it’s very quiet which I appreciate because I’m on work calls all day. It worked fairly well after 6 usages within 3 months, as of June 22, it no longer works at all! I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone to purchase. Can't return or get a refund, waste of money!

I absolutely LOVE this thing. I got it for my studio, cuz I'm in an old building whose machines still use quarters (and who can get quarters, nowadays?), and also in the frozen north where a trip to the laundromat would be less than ideal. I was able to go through all my underclothes, and regular clothes in a few days. It can fit 3 shirts at once, or 3 pair of leggings, or 1 pair of jeans. I washed some light sweaters in it too, and they came out smelling fresh and clean. I like that I can wash as I go, cuz I don't tend to make a ton of laundry/enough for a full load. It makes about a quarter of the noise as a dishwasher does, so it isn't super loud. Easy instructions, easy to use, easy to store. Best purchase in a long time! ... show more

Love that I don’t have to contaminate my large washing machine with filthy work gloves, etc. Also excellent for delicate small items like underwear & bras. But the spin dryer is a joke. Not strong enough to remove enough water for hang drying. Need to wring it out afterwards.

Dryer feature doesn’t work, the basket doesn’t stay in place. Over all moves around a lot which causes splashing even with lid
