Description

This carafe is like a piece of artwork that I enjoy every time I open my fridge. The top fits well into place and the spout pours without issue. We use it for cold brew iced tea and it works great. But this is a fragile piece and wouldn't be suitable for children or anyone who may have an issue with their grip. With no handle, I am wary each time I handle it. The media could not be loaded. Lovely minimalist design for a clean look. As my video shows, the top is NOT a leak proof. It is not meant to be. The seal on the neck is tight and there will be no drips, but the cap is open. Think of it as an open pitcher, not a sealed bottle. I used milk so that you can see how it pours, but here's my favorite trick... Fill 1/3 with water and fruit of choice....lemon, strawberry, etc. Place nearly horizontal in the freezer until solid. When ready to serve, fill with cranberry, grape, or pomegranate juice. Makes for an easy yet impressive presentation. ... show more

Nice and big but too large for a womans hand to get a good grip on it. Wish it was tapered a bit more at the top or had a grip ring on the outside. Need to order one of the neoprene sleeves for it so I can grip it better. Mine is not flat on the bottom so it wobbles on the shelf a bit. Probably a normal imperfection of glass but makes me nervous it will tip over. Make sure you have a fridge shelf with enough space above it to handle the height. Absolutely gorgeous, sleek design and yet functional. People always comment on their beauty. My only gripe would be that they are made for adults - I wish they had a carafe that was slimmer. This carafe requires a firm grip.

3.5 Stars. This carafe is nice; easy to clean, easy to pour, with a secure lid. I do wish the pour spout had a slightly better closure beside the pour spout or an extra top cap to keep the migrating summer flitter flies out of the displayed mix. I also would like to see a slightly bigger model. My hands are small, but a half to 3/4 inch wider and a few centimeters taller would hold more than 2.5 glasses of lemon water and really make it worth it. ... show more

Excellent form meets beauty. Lid stays on well when pouring and i dont worry about it toppling off, unlike some other brands. Looks clean and inviting. Makes water infusion fun and avoids the plastic infusers.
