I so wanted to love this. Before I purchased it, as advised by two reviewers I sought out the you tube video for correct use and knew small seeds would go through. However I found that two big chunky seeds and an average amount of juice ( no pulp) passed through even though I positioned the 1/2 lemon appropriately and squeezed with all my might., ...... and then took out my trusty hand reamer and got the job done! I would recommennd this squeezer to anyone having a hard time using those regular type lemon squeezer. Which are hard to compress lemon that are hard or huge. With this type you put the lemon in the press as in the picture, with one hand in the curve (recessed ea on top) and the other on the high point, Push downward with your body weight. The description says "Polished." Photos make it look as though there is a high gloss, sort of like a mirror finish, something like polished chrome. It is more the color & shine of pewter & looks like tarnished silver.

It is beautiful, but TERRIBLE PRODUCT. You need a lemon the size of a grapefruit to make it work. It is a total waste of $40 and I am returning it!!
