I HAVE BEEN DRINKING THIS BRAND OF COFFEE FOR TWO YEARS AND SWITCHED TO DARK ROAST BECAUSE IT WAS SO GOOD AND NOT BITTER. I LIKE SOME COFFEE IN MY CREAM AND SUGAR. DARK ROAST HOLDS UP, PLUS I CAN USE LESS CREAM AND SUGAR AND STILL ENJOY MY MORNING COFFEE.

I’ve been trying all different brands and kinds of light roasts lately. This particular one (BLK & BOLD Limu) is exceptionally tasty and exactly what I was looking for. And it’s truly LIGHT. I’m finding that a lot of the ones they call “light” are not really. But it’s still STRONG. I discovered from Dr. Gunter’s podcast that light roasts are particularly hard to make, but are some of the strongest caffeine-wise. Who knew? Anyway, good job, guys! Don’t charge any more or I won’t be able to afford it (can barely now, but good coffee is important, ya know…)

I ordered this after I saw the story behind this coffee brand. I usually stay away from "bold" or "dark" coffee brews, but this was delicious. Low acidity, almost a slightly sweet aftertaste. Definitely my new go to brand.

For a bolder brew, this is full of flavor nuances. Unlike other strong coffees, it's not just dark and heavily roasted. There are sweeter notes that compliment the rich flavor. Like its name states, it's smooth and creamy. To my taste, it's not acidic at all. Also love that each purchase supports a great cause. Only coffee I'll buy now.
