Blitzart is a great company, their boards are half the market price for any competing boards. The quality still remains pretty much up to par as well. They are fast and ride smooth and strong. I ride mine everyday all over campus and it works great! After a couple months I started having some technical problems, so I sent them a quick email and I was able to go in and get my board fixed within 20 minutes. The wheels start to wear down after a little but they offer replacements for super cheap. Overall a great bang for your buck.

I have never owned an electric skateboard before, and I have to say that it's totally sweet. As far as the performance of the board, I can't really think of anything negative to say about it. I am about 190lbs and this board powers me around as fast as I would want to go. It can take me up really steep hills if needed, but I try to avoid that to be nice to the board. It takes getting use to and has the slow setting that would be a good idea when first trying it out. I just leave it on the high speed setting now. I have learned how to have the board travel at slow speeds, but still have the ability to rocket away when needed. The only thing that could use improvement is the charger. As far as I can tell it doesn't turn off when the board is fully charged. It warns you not to overcharge it in the manual, so you have to be near the board when it is done charging in order not to overcharge it. The remote has red lights that turn on when charging, and shut off when it is fully charged. I suspect that you also have to disconnect it when it's done charging to avoid over charging it, but I am not sure. The instructions say to turn the remote off when charging it, but unless I have the remote on when I plug in to charge and then turn it off the red lights do not turn on. I don't know if this is normal, and goes against the instructions, or if it's just something unusual with my remote. All in all, this board rocks! Thanks Blitzart for making something that is so much fun. :)

I ordered this at the end of September 2018, and as of 2024, mine is still holding a charge and working as of early 2024. I admittedly don’t ride it very frequently, so I don’t put a lot of wear and tear on it. But the fact that the lithium battery still holds a charge so well with the minimal amount of use it gets is impressive. I also weigh close to 250lbs, snd the dual brushless in hub motors have plenty of power to push me up hills and get up to dangerously fast speed. I usually keep the remote on the “low” speed setting because “high” is faster than I need to go. The electric brakes work awesome and are not too grabby.

Thought this was a great product at first....rode it about 20 miles until the tire fell off the back left motor during a left turn and I went flying! The tire is held in by a plate which is held onto the motor by 6 screws. This means that ALL 6 SCREWS WERE OUT WITHIN 4 days/20 miles of unboxing the board. All the other wheels had all of their screws. As a result, I fell violently (I'm a skilled rider and wear full protective gear). I burst a sagittal band in my hand and got an expensive hand surgery. Worst of all, when I called the company, they blamed Amazon and sounded like they did not care at all or understand the seriousness of the manufacturing flaw, considering it says "Ride right out the box". Honestly, they sounded stoned and the email responses were riddled with grammatical errors. TERRIBLE, UNRELIABLE BOARD AND LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Spend the money on a quality board the first time. There is a reason it is half the price of every other board. Buy once, cry once....literally.

This board is overpriced for a cheap Chinese product. It will fall apart on you within the first 6 months including hardware falling off and motors that stop working. Boards like Meepo, Backfire, and Boosted USA have way better options than this for relatively close prices. I will not deny that their customer service was great at replacing a broken motor for me but the problem is that this motors cap broke within a month (the piece holding the rubber wheel onto the motor). Overall, this is a dangerous and cheaply made board and you should look to spend your money elsewhere if you wish for the board to last for more than 6 months.
