I love it but the cap on the bottom of tree was very difficult to come off and no instructions in the box so to keep it all one color if you want.

the tree is very nice lit up but when i took it out the box was missing the screws to hold it into the tree stand and one of the star points is out on the star and it first turns on and its all red then blue then green then all the colors and then minutes later it shuts the hell off i complained to amazon and requested a replacement which really sucks now i must wait another 5 to 6 days to get the replacement and i will update when i get the new one and also the box it came in was chewed up on one end as if somebody had there dog go fetch the tree like a dog bone !!!

Center of the tree didnt light up. Also oily feel to the touch unlike replacement. Found a better Amazon tree bought two returned both although no where did this 3rd party seller lists their return and refund policy is different from Amazon. Just feel that if a 3rd party member is using Amazon to increase their sells they should not go by their own polices but Amazon for obviously Amazon has more sells and Customer Service because of their better Customer Service of their own return and refund policies. Will never buy another tree or from this 3rd part seller again. Not only was tree defective Amazon had a better more affordable tree with more features like blinking show white lights along with fiber optic and painted snow tips which came to a price of under 90 and this one was over 100. And Amazon tree wasnt defective nor looked used as this one did.

At first the two tree pieces would not fit one to another. I look at both ends closely and saw one was bent, so I bent it out and it fit. I bought it as like new and it looked and packaged like new. I guess who bought it first couldn't get the two tree parts to fit so they returned it like I almost did.

The tree set up was easy with the exception of the piece on the bottom of tree preventing it from fitting it into the tree stand, No instructions, so I took my chances and busted the piece off. It is after Christmas, so I won't know how really good it is until next Christmas.
