Wow! This works! I have had a flare up of cystic acne around the jaw line due to hormones and this definitely helped clear it up! Keep in mind you definitely need to cleanse before and lightly moisturize after. Warning as it does sting some if used after cleansing and extraction. I used this in my night time routine. Seems ok, does not do a lot. I see some improvement after using it about 3 times a week like it says to. It smells good to me, similar to a light grapefruit scent. I will continue with it since it seems like it is helping somewhat. I have a lot of dry flakiy skin on my face and large pores. It does not seem to flake as much but the pores are still there. Worth it to pay a bit more and purchase Paulas Choice on sale, which I had purchased as a compariaon product. Could actually see a difference in my skin in one day with both - terrible with bliss, wonderful with Paulas Choice.
