The media could not be loaded. The quality of the Wave 6c far outweighs the cost. The battery charge lasted almost 3 days. What! OMG, the HD triple camera lens is the bonus feature that makes an amateur an instant professional photographer. 6 stars!

For how often it freezes even on simple, text-only webpages, it's useless. I have no extra apps installed so there should be no problem. The 4GB RAM is a lie. The virtual 2GB mentioned in the product description actually makes it run even worse. It struggles to pan from one app to another even though they're both low demand apps, e.g., from phone to messages, despite the false 2GB of RAM in the hardware. This is my second day of use; browser only for the most part, and the battery doesn't last like it should with the alleged 5100mAh battery equipped. I got the "System UI isn't responding" error too many times already, in addition to the error in the picture I uploaded to this review. The one thing I did appreciate was much less bloatware installed; however, if you wanted to uninstall the Sound Recorder that comes preinstalled on the phone, it won't allow you to. Nor will it allow you to remove the Google search bar from the home screen. It takes good pictures but I don't use that in phones usually. The bottom speaker was good, loud, and clear. However the top audio speaker used for phonecalls was very low tech and low quality--it made the other person sound like they were on a cheap walkie talkie, almost like static-y AM radio stations. I do like that there's an audio jack to this phone, but for all the glitches and shortcomings in such low demand activities, I'm giving it a miss and am returning it immediately. ... show more

Great value if only using as a phone . But once you start to add apps , particularly music or anything that incorporates quick action (namely video or game) the performance is horrible. 2MB ram is simply not enough. WiFi is very slow also. Face recognition is slow and hardly worked at all unless in good light ... show more
