There are a few things that I think the watch could be better at, which is tracking all of my steps. It seems like I have to take about four steps before it starts, and my arm has to swing, or it doesn't track. However, if I ride in a car, I can get my step very quickly, which is odd. I also have issues setting new backgrounds, so there are some issues, but it is decent. Three weeks ago, I accidentally washed the watch in the laundry thank goodness it fell out of my pocket before the clothes went in the dryer. I’m still learning how to use this watch. However, my steps on the app do not correlate with the steps on the watch. My calories are extremely undercounted on the watch, stating I lost 90 when my fitness app and treadmill stayed I lost 223. I really got this watch to monitor my fitness, and it just doesn’t seem to be doing that. Customer service was responsive, but their guidance to fix any issues seemed too confusing. I mean I’m a 25 year old female, I know my technology. But there is just so much that isn’t calculated. Maybe I’ll try and replace it or ask for some more help from the company. I want to leave a good review, I just can’t understand it. ... show more

The first watch I got in, loved but the steps counter wasn’t working. Requested a return and within days a replacement was here! Everything works great! I even showered with it tonight for fun :) The watch is sleek, versatile and best of all, inexpensive!! I’m as big an Apple fan as anyone. But only trained eyes would spot this as anything other than Apple, without inspection. At like 10% of the cost?!? I’m hard on my stuff! I can go through 8-10 of these watches for the same price as an Apple Watch and get like 80% of the useful functions?! HeII yeah!!! So far, home run product! If it takes a turn I will update the review but this product is for the pragmatic and intelligent. Not for trend followers and “influencers”. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a sharp watch! Very nice my charge lasted for seven days I didn’t have the raise your arm to come on had it turned off The only thing it doesn’t have is the blood pressure it has a temperature instead but very nice I have tried others budget watches and this one is the best I found I even had a Fitbit and I think this one’s better I liked this one so well my wife Got one for her own and she’s happy with it her charge only lasted for about four days of course we are older folks not to Athletics so it work great for us wife’s is gray mines black webpage said R3 pro 2022 latest didn’t say Max on it ... show more

This thing is good for telling time. That’s it. Step counter is WAY inaccurate and sleep tracker sucks. I go to sleep around 8 this thing doesn’t start logging my sleep till almost midnight. Heart rate monitor had me at 66 when I was on the treadmill and the treadmill had me at over 130. It all sucks. Don’t waste your money. Thankfully I had a gift card. Oh and I have what looks like a burn mark on my arm from it. ... show more
