I purchased a flagship Blackview 9000 Pro. Exactly one year and one day later it was bricked by an update from Blackview. One day out of the warranty period. Tell me that was coincidence. The responses from customer service was" We so sorry, some older phone not work with new update. You be happy to buy new phone". What the heck? This is their newest and most expensive phone already. I am not stupid enough to get ripped off twice. In my opinion and experience this company is dishonest and not to be trusted. In my opinion they engage in heinous business practices, and do not stand behind their product. I would never purchase another item from them, even if they were the last phone manufacturer on the planet. If your looking for a phone that won't last one day past the warranty and customer service that is disdainful then perhaps this is the product you are looking for. If you want something with a bit more longevity and better business ethics then my advice is look somewhere else.
