The phone is great. It's a real tank. Some people are having issues though and I did too at first. Here's the thing. I ran into a small issue getting it onto my Metro by T-Mobile plan but not because of the phone falling short, it is due to the companies. These phone companies are going to try to get you to change your plan and they will make it sound like you have to, but you don't. When you go to switch your device you might get a "partial service" warning and a message telling you the only way to fix this is to change your plan. Often to a higher one but even a lower one is fine because the end goal for them is to get you on a plan that allows them to increase the price after a set time. Eff that. Ignore that message and back out of the switch devices page and then go back into it after like a minute or two and try it again. After my third time entering the imei for the device switch it allowed it to go thru with no change to my plan, and no connectivity issues of any kind. The phone is solid, fast and tough, it's heavier than you're gonna be used to but that's because of the big battery (3 days is the longest I've gone without a charge and I use my phone everyday, heavily). If you work construction, camp, hike or do anything with a high frequency of being outdoors, you need this phone. It's got a 2 year manufacturers warranty great. But the additional protection plan though (I recently found out) that if you don't buy it when you make the initial purchase, you can't get it later so keep that in mind. That's why I've given it just 4 stars.

We can't get the SD card slot open. It uses a weird guitar pick looking thing to open it instead of a pin. No one answers the helping or responds to voice messages. Their What's Up App QR code goes to a no longer existing page. Their business website chat bot has an auto message saying they are passing your message on and that you'll hear back soon. 5 hours later, no response. I sent the message during their listed business hours. Zero videos online show how to open this weird tray. I wanted the phone, but will probably have to return it.
